This notice describes how AI Geniale (data controller, contact: hello@aigeniale.it) processes personal data collected through this website, under EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

Data we collect

Through the contact form we collect your name, email, type of organisation, interest, optional website or social profile and your message. Through the newsletter form we collect first name, last name and email. In both cases the date, time and IP address of the submission are recorded, for security and as proof of consent.

Purposes and legal basis

• Replying to your proposal and assessing a possible collaboration. Legal basis: consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR) and pre-contractual measures (art. 6.1.b).
• Sending the newsletter with editorial and commercial content about artificial intelligence. Legal basis: explicit consent (art. 6.1.a).
• Legal obligations and website security. Legal basis: legal obligation (art. 6.1.c) and legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f).

Processors

• Web3Forms: delivers contact form messages to our mailbox. Web3Forms privacy
• Brevo (Sendinblue SAS): email marketing platform for the newsletter. Brevo privacy

Retention

Contact form messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and in any case no longer than 24 months. Newsletter data is kept until consent is withdrawn: you can unsubscribe from the link at the bottom of every email or by writing to hello@aigeniale.it.

Your rights

You can exercise at any time the rights set out in articles 15-22 of the GDPR:

• Access, rectification and erasure
• Restriction of and objection to processing
• Data portability
• Withdrawal of consent
• Complaint to the Italian Data Protection Authority
